Scope This Returns & Refunds Policy applies to fees paid for services by SAHA REALESTATE (OPC) PRIVATE LIMITED (e.g., consultation fees, valuation fees). It does not apply to property purchase or sale payments, which are governed by separate agreements.
Cancellation & refunds
Consultation/valuation fees: If a paid consultation or valuation appointment is cancelled by the client at least 48 hours before the scheduled time, a full refund will be issued. Cancellations made less than 48 hours in advance may be subject to a cancellation fee or non-refundable.
Service packages: Refunds for service packages will be handled case-by-case and depend on the stage of service delivery. Any agreed refund terms will be documented in writing.
How to request a refund Email saharealstatepvtltd@gmail.com with your name, contact information, invoice or receipt number, and reason for refund. We will review and respond within a reasonable timeframe.
Disputes If you are not satisfied with our response, contact our support at saharealstatepvtltd@gmail.com for escalation.
